About us
Company portrait
Rens Automation BV is an innovative machine builder in baker industry. We build solutions who improve the production process and make it faster. In addition, we ensure the quality requirements that the pastry industry demands.
Our specialty is making and cutting pastry or other confectionery. We deliver a special and unique cutting method (or technic) with benefits in the form of safety, less recalls, less handling, more production and less down-time.
We use foodsafe materials, that take care of minimal maintanance and is easy to clean.
We offer custom solutions but we have also a serial special made developed standard machines. Check our website www.rensautomation.nl and you can see more details about our cutting machines and their applications.
For custom solutions we take care of the entire process from engineering to construction, following your exact specifications.
Our standard series consists of ready to-use machines that have proven their worth in real-life settings. These machines can feature as separate units, but can also be integrated into your existing production line.
In addition the various slicing solutions, we can also help you for other pastry solutions like continuous aerators, filling machines (depositors), packaging and labelling machinery and transport systems.
We would be happy to discuss the challenges in your production process with you.
