High Performance Packaging machines for high-quality wrapped chocolate figures

Our series TC and MC are very special developments from our experienced engineering team. We keep our ear to the market and listen closely to the needs of our customers. We know how valuable your production area is, which is why we let our vision of a compact inline system on a small footprint become reality. High processing speeds combined with best packaging quality in a flexible and customizable system.

We will wrap your products in pre-formed aluminium foil, whether they are surprise eggs, Easter bunnies or Santa Clauses, delicate, dark, sugar-sweet, crunchy, caramelly or creatively contoured. The shape can be nearly any geometry. A rotational symmetry is not necessary.

The closure is produced mechanically (MC version) by folding the packaging edges or by sealing (TC variant). A combination of different closure types is also possible. The models MCR and TCR have an additional loading robot which is integrated in the machine control.

For extensive packaging tasks we provide the engineering and integration into your system layout. With the 400 series, we offer packaging performances that are unique on the world market.

Furthermore, we focus on the use of a wide variety of recyclable packaging materials, such as paper or cardboard. We’re capable of producing these directly in the machine, which helps you reduce purchasing and logistical costs in your company.

And what else can we do? We twist, we wrap, we fold, we crimp, we seal, we turn. Our product portfolio contains expertise and experience for the highest demands. With our universal LEKO-LUP packaging machine, for example, you are particularly flexible in your application and can realize a twist fold as well as a double twist fold. In addition, it is also possible to implement a bottom fold, face fold, thread binding, chocolate bars and many other special folds.

And in case you have a very special request at this point: We also develop individual customized machines.

Handling and assembling of pharmaceutical products

Some highly advanced packaging machines have been developed in the past years for our B2B customers in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. There is a good reason why renowned customers in these two industries rely on our highly efficient and modern developments: We know the details of the special requirements and needs in this sensitive environment. Our high-tech machines are, in addition to their robust construction and high level of service friendliness, known for innovations that simplify processes.

“Late-Stage-Customization”, for example, is such an idea of process simplification, which at the same time follows the trend of maximum individualization. For us, however, it is more than just a trend. We consider it to be a “hot topic” in the pharmaceutical world and are focusing particularly on the development of machines with storage options and storage systems.

The implementation of a “full service line” as we call it, includes not only intelligent loading, feeding, sorting and grouping systems, but also customer-specific solutions such as a handling system for spoon transfer. With an integrated labelling system, you can react highly flexible to current market requirements in different countries.

In addition, the classic processes in pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging technology are particularly important to us, for example a solid machine construction for the highest demands in pouch handling, blister handling, tray handling and other assembly systems like inhalers.

You can trust us with your unique and exciting project and we will improve your processes with state-of-the-art engineering.

About us

Company portrait

Performance, quality and flexibility – Packaging expertise from Bavaria in Germany

We are a German packaging machine company with business premises in Murnau and Kempten, with over 45 years experience in development and production of innovative mechanical engineering.

High performances and a high-quality packaging are our main focus. Our skilled experts develop high-tech packaging machines for various products of the confectionery and pharmaceutical industry. We pack in preformed film efficiently, flexibly and individually in the high-performance range.

Especially for hollow chocolate figures, our inline machines are true experts. Whether sealing or mechanical closing – if the customer wishes, we can implement both techniques in one and the same production line. Depending on the function, we use the latest servo and robot technology in combination with maintenance-free cam drives. Our machines are very sensitive and reduce reject and breakage rates of your fragile goods.

What we are especially proud of: The excellent legibility of barcodes and DataMatrix codes. Everyone knows the problem at the supermarket checkout, when cashiers try to scan the product, but the code is too wrinkled to work.

Since our fusion with LEKO Verpackungstechnik GmbH, we offer our customers a remarkable development competence under one roof. Stampac is led by a truly successful duo: Managing Director Dr. Michael Sdahl with his innovative way of thinking and Hans-Bernd Lesch as a creative and experienced engineer, take high-quality packaged products to a new level with their engineering know-how.

As a full-service provider, we offer our customers fast and hassle-free support. No matter if it’s a phone call, interactive with our remote maintenance module Stampac 4.0 or a visit of a service technician at your site – an easy contact in a close partnership is our top priority.
