Plastirene & Alflex (PS)
PS is a brittle, hard polymer blended with high-impact modifiers. Because of the wide variety of possibilities, this material can be used in a great number of applications. Density: 1.04 Can also be supplied in crystal- clear: ALFLEX: a clear SB/PS film with ease of processing. Medium to high impact resistance.

PP Film
PP is used because of its lower density, resistance to high temperature (micro-wave) Also, because it is a blend of homo- and copolymesr, is can be used for deep freeze applications. The choice for homo- or copolymer determines the film stiffness. PP also has good resistance to fats, oils, etc, and also has good resistance to a number of chemicals.
The film is naturally milky in appearance, but can also be supplied in transparent form.

PE Film
PE, divided into LDPE and HDPE, is a flexible and soft material with excellent chemical resistance.
It is tough and because of its good tear resistance and low temperature performance it is suitable for deep freeze applications. Moreover, PE has excellent sealing qualities.

This is a quality that can substitute two films;
PETGAG replacement
Application: Blisters.
Whether the blister is closed by means of thermal sealing or by high frequency sealing, in both cases APET WQ can be used. Advantages over PETGAG: Price advantage and excellent recyclability, because your residue retains its value.
PE APET replacement
Applications: meat, fish and cheese packaging.
In this application, the tub / tray is sealed with a top foil. Plastirol advises which type of top film should be used. Advantage over APET PE: Price advantage of the foil and excellent recyclability. Remnants maintain a high value compared to APET PE remnants.
The material can be used again in the new film. WQ APET is therefore more sustainable than APET PE.
