Automatic weighing and dissolving system


The warmmix is a weighing and mixing plant,electronically controlled with a micro processor,for the preparation of a pre-heated slurry necessary for the production of gums and jelly. The jacketed weighing vessel is mounted in a frame on a 3 point load cell assembly The lower holding vessel has a heating coil within it to keep the premix at the correct temperature. The warmmix is available in a sophisticated version with PLC control system and operation screen or a dedicated batch weighing controller (economy execution).

The warmmix can be used in conjunction with a thermal oil heat exchange system or guarantee the correct premix temperature with a minimal temperature difference between premix and heating mdeium.

 The chocolate ball mill machine is usedfor fine grinding the chocolate paste material.It is a special machine for finemilling chocolate mass and its admixture. Through the impact and frictionbetween the material and the steel balls inside the vertical cylinder, the massis fine milled into the required fineness.The inside of the tank is stainlesssteel 304.the Impellers are T10 steel,the ball is bearing steel and its sizeis 5mm,it is about 180kg balls in each machine.shaft is made by 40Cr.

These pans are used in coating ball products with chocolate glaze or syrup, they are also polishing pans.
The pan and covers(shells) are all ss 304.
Electric components are Siemens.

Chocolate melting tank
Cocoa butter are packed by blocks, so they need melting tanks to melt. Wehave different volume of melting tanks.
The cocoa butter melting tank is jacket and there is water in the jacket.It is heated by electricity.
