Automated Visual Inspection
The vision machine combines solid and proven mechanical engineering according to GMP standards with the latest digital inspection technology.
Container transportation system
The vial transportation system was designed to gently transport the test samples through the inspection stations with the goal of reducing bubble creation and vibrations that might impact the inspection result.
Cosmetic and particle inspection
The cosmetic inspection stations provide container rotation of 360° checking for cracks, scratches and other defects on the container and closure.
Particulates are inspected using image subtraction and corresponding algorithms.

Automated Leak Testing for Sterile Pharmaceuticals
With our leak testing solutions we test Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) ampoules and bottles, fused infusion bags and other types of primary packaging containers for liquid, powdered and lyophilized products. Automated Headspace Analysis (HSA)
The R HSA is an inspection platform developed for non-destructive Head Space Analysis for pharmaceutical packages with modified headspace conditions. Head Space Analysis may be used for nitrogen purging efficiency, vacuum verification or container closure integrity testing (CCIT).
Due to the continuous developments of the laser head space system the R HSA qualifies for the highest requirements and provides the option to add further inspection technologies. Depending on the given conditions, up to ten test heads can be integrated. By increasing the number of test heads both the throughput and the sensitiviy are improved.

NEO DPX 3in1 CCI leak tester for manual inspection
The NEO DPX is a compact benchtop CCI tester that combines several pressure and vacuum decay test procedures and allows the container closure integrity testing of various packaging and product types.
The NEO DPX was developed for container closure integrity testing of various packaging and product types and sizes. With three differential pressure and vacuum methods in one system the NEO DPX provides improved sensitivity with the latest technology.

Headspace Analyzer (HSA-Lab)
The WILCOMAT® HSA-Lab is a system for non-destructive measurement of gas concentrations such as oxygen and carbon dioxide in headspace using laser absorption spectroscopy. It can test vials, syringes and ampoules or other packaging from a 1ml syringe to a 1000ml infusion bag for sterile pharmaceuticals.

X-ray inspection
Our X-ray inspection allows a large number of applications for the highest of demands. Concealed particles, defects on or in the glass or under package components, for example the crimp, are reliably detected. We offer X-ray inspection solutions for the laboratory as well as for high-speed inline inspection for up to 600 products/minute. X-ray inspection can also be combined sucessfully with our other inspection technologies.
The two most important Critical Process Quality Attributes in the glass container handling process are the maintaining of sterility and the indemnification of foreign particle absence within a closed container. We have developed a foreign particle detection system based on X-ray. A low energy X-ray source, together with a highly sophisticated image recognition and processing technology, allows the detecting of non-visible particles in lyo cakes, powders, emulsions and in suspensions. It is usable for vials, ampoules and syringes of different sizes. The X-ray based system also detects glass defects under a vial crimp cap and functional defects such as poor needle alignment of syringes.

MARKER LCV
The MARKER LCV is a high precision cap coding platfrom that can code the smallest 2D data-matrix codes onto vial caps at high production speeds.
By means of a laser coding system a small 2D data matrix is etched onto the sidewall of aluminium caps. The integrated vision system verifies the correctness and quality of the data matrix code. The material handling is designed for low-vibration operation to ensure the precise coding and code reading. Objects with non-conform codes are rejected.
