An enhanced electrically powered design using our proven shuttle technology, the Wire Belt Servo Shuttle Conveyor provides smooth, consistent and precise placement of product onto a take away conveyor gapping product and changing the direction of flow through 90°.

A touch screen panel enables belt speed, shuttle speed and stroke profiles to be entered and stored for a range of product sizes and spacing.

The application of hygienic design principles and use of approved for food contact materials ensure that the Servo Shuttle is suitable for use in the majority of food processing environments while the open bed design together with the use of Flat-Flex®, CompactGrid™ or Versa-Link™ stainless steel wire belting, provides improved access for wash through and cleaning.

Belt circuit geometry is designed for efficient conveying performance and optimum belt life.

Thinner products of a variety of materials may be sensed by the improved product sensor system.

The belt width and stroke of the servo shuttle is dependent on customer requirements; for example, with a short stroke it is possible to transfer from a wide belt to a narrow belt.
