BOSSAR, Barcelona based leading manufacturer of horizontal packaging machines, and ILPRA, Milano based manufacturer of thermo seal and vacuum packaging machines and systems, have formed a Joint Venture Company to manufacture product feeding and line distribution systems, horizontal flow wrapping, as well as end of line packaging machines.

The Joint Venture Company will be operating under the name BOSSAR PACKAGING SYSTEMS Srl. The main focus of this new venture will be to manufacture complimentary products to the ILPRA and Bossar product line in order to provide turn-key solution to the existing and future customers.

In addition, both companies have combined the sells and markets efforts in France. Located outside Paris, the target of SAS BOSSAR SYSTÈMES D’EMBALLAGE is to penetrate and serve this market better in the future.
