This week at Interpack Processes and Packaging Show 2014, the tablet feeding experts, TEG, launch the newest addition to their NG Feeding series. The new and exclusive Next Generation Continuous Multiproduct Feeder guarantees to improve productivity and reduce costs.
The benefits to the customer are impressive, not only does it facilitate feeding multi products simultaneously but it also has the ability to feed a variety of product types at the same time. Product shapes including the most diverse and difficult solid dose tablets and capsules can also be fed through this unique and innovative feeding system.
The tablet feeding experts, TEG, designed the new NG Continuous Multiproduct Feeder with the customer in mind. Managing Director John Hunt says "Our aim was to design a feeder which eliminated common problems customers were having with difficult to feed tablets and to speed up productivity. The NG Continuous Multiproduct feeder does both and we are delighted with the result".
These feeding systems with patented technology are designed to accommodate double draw tooling, which can increase productivity by up to 100% and are suitable for all web widths, which provide greater flexibility of use between blister lines. The systems are extremely easy to use, as the touch screen controls allow adjustments to be made during operation.
The immense benefits of this product to the customer make it a "must see" at this year's Interpack Processes and packaging show. TEG will be hosting live demonstrations of the NG Continuous Multiproduct Feeder all this week at the Interpack Processes and Packaging Show.
