ROMEOVILLE, Il — March 27, 2014 — FleetwoodGoldcoWyard, Inc. a leading supplier of advanced conveyance technology, palletizing/depalletizing, robotics and process solutions will be exhibiting at Interpack 2014, May 8 to May 14, 2014. A team of professionals will be available in Barry-Wehmiller’s Stand E73, Hall 6 throughout the show to discuss all of the company’s latest offerings including our AMBEC AdaptA Series of Accumulation, our CBI Fleetwood Change Parts along with our end feeding technology and palletizing solutions.
FleetwoodGoldcoWyard’s AdaptA Series of First-in First-Out (FIFO) single file accumulation / buffering systems increases production line efficiency by allowing the “bottle-neck” to continue to operate while surrounding equipment is down. In addition to accumulation, an effective accumulation/buffer system maintains smooth product flow, product integrity and traceability, and manages those “harmonics” in the production line. The AdaptA Series uses Adaptive Accumulation by transforming an inconsistent flow of product of the upstream equipment onto a controlled product output, providing an array of options to fit any line layout and allowing for multiple product sizes and shapes on the same unit with minimum to zero change over.
CBI Fleetwood is a continued leader in the design, manufacture and supply of container handling changeparts. A specialised team of highly qualified and experienced personnel, dedicated to supporting our customers in creating innovative solutions for their container handling or packaging lines, is based in our Doncaster manufacturing facility. We develop partnerships with our customers by assigning members of our team to container development, proactive design workshops and adopting a structured process from container implementation to actual production
FleetwoodGoldcoWyard and CBI Fleetwood manufactures an array of specialized equipment for can lid manufacturers and fillers, ranging from manual to robotic systems. Focus at the show will be on our Rotofeeders and Debaggers. The FleetwoodGoldcoWyard Rotofeeder automatically feeds ends to the seamer while the Debagger receives filled bags of lids, automatically slits them open, removes the paper, unloads the lids into a continuous nested flow and then discharges then in a single lane to the filling line.
