Whether food or non-food items: this high-performance counting system enables the gentle packaging of high-quality, brittle stick-shaped products such as chocolate sticks. Using synchronised bins, bucket conveyors or feeding chutes, the products are fed onto the actual counting belts. Disorderly product feeding is also no problem: Upstream sorting equipment aligns the product precisely. Laser-controlled counting units ensure quick and precise portioning. Damaged sticks are detected and sorted out safely.
