Robatech has added a new member to the Diamond Series. The single-acting electro-pneumatic AX Diamond application heads are CoolTouch insulated, which increases operator safety.

The sturdy jetting heads in the AX Diamond series are exceptionally well-suited for the no-contact application of thermoplastic hotmelt adhesive used in closures on secondary cardboard packaging in the packaging industry and for other uses in the lower to mid-speed range. The AX Diamond application heads, with their simple and compact construction and integrated filters in the heating block, are very resistant to wear and clogging in the nozzle.

All of the application heads in the Diamond series are modularly designed. This enables the jetting heads to be precisely adjusted for customer-specific production requirements. In addition, its high backward compatibility with most Robatech applications systems clearly simplifies integrating them into already existing equipment.

The CoolTouch insulation in the Diamond series significantly increases operational safety. By insulating it, less heat is given off into the surroundings. This protects the product to be glued as well as the operator. The heat-resistant insulation also significantly reduces the use of energy and glue which guarantees that production is easy on resources and sustainable.
